Why Customer Focus…

Because it’s the right thing to do. If that’s not enough, since when? I’ve mentioned before, we’re in business because a customer had a need. How selfish to get away from that need for our own gain. Be about the customer. Do the right thing. Be customer focused. That’s not a popular phrase to throw around at meetings. It’s a thing. Let’s talk about how to do it in your company, if you want. Just know that your competitor is already or will soon want to know. Your call.
