Our highly educated friends over at HBR continue to put out thought-provking content and this time it really hits home:  Internet of Things. More specifically, this article was about how customers can be viewed by suppliers and retailers. I continue to believe this article and others like it are a prime example of how B2B companies can do better for their customers and unlock value all the way through the chain.
